High precision: the straightness, ovality and coaxiality of the roller are required to be high, otherwise it will cause uneven thickness of the battery pole piece and poor binding force.

The company uses HVOF thermal spraying technology to prepare multi-component cermet composite coating on the surface of high precision roll of lithium battery, which has the following characteristic

  • 01 the coating hardness is high, microhardness of 1100-1400HV0.3, has extremely high wear resistance
  • 02 the coating structure is uniform and compact, low porosity, (<0.6%), no material, no reaction with the battery electrode material;
  • 03 the coating binding strength is high, using FM1000 glue test, up to 90Mpa.
  • 04 After finishing with external high precision CNC grinder, the straightness, ovality and coaxiality of the high precision roller are ensured to be less than 0.002mm
